Booking, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 3 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellation (less than 3 hours’ notice): 30% of the service price will apply.

• No-show (missed or forgotten appointments): 50% of the service price will apply.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late and we have a subsequent booking, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service price still applies, as the therapist’s time has been reserved for you.

Gift Vouchers

For gift voucher bookings, 30% of the voucher value will be redeemed for late cancellations and 50% of the voucher value will be redeemed for no-shows. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or reissued for missed appointments.

All services are non-refundable.

Seated Massage (Chair Only)

A quick and effective massage performed in a specially designed chair — no need to change clothes. Perfect for relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and back when you’re short on time or need a mid-day refresh. Ideal for a quick pick-me-up during your lunch break or between errands.
