Booking, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 12 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellation or rescheduling (less than 12 hours’ notice )30% of the service price will apply.

• No-show (missed or forgotten appointments): 50% of the service price will apply.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late and we have a subsequent booking, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service price still applies, as the therapist’s time has been reserved for you.

Gift Vouchers

For gift voucher bookings, 30% of the voucher value will be redeemed for late cancellations and 50% of the voucher value will be redeemed for no-shows. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or reissued for missed appointments.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.
